Principals

Stanley founded WorkPlace Dynamics, Inc., based on his core belief that everyone has a special gift to contribute to his or her home, workplace and community and that it's the organization's role to create an environment that recognizes these gifts and allows them to flourish. He started this company after seeing the power that his workplace philosophies had unleashed in his former company, Vision III Architects. As founding partner and CEO he took this firm in 10 years, from the basement of his home to the 7th fastest growing company in RI, employing 30 people with annual billings of $3.5 million.

He attributes this success to the varied programs he was able to implement within the company to develop and fully engage his employees. His workplace philosophies along with the programs he instituted had a direct and extremely positive impact on the growth of that firm.

Stanley holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Case Western Reserve University and is a registered architect.

Nationally reknown speaker, author, co-owner of WorkPlace Dynamics Inc. and co-creator of Emerging Leaders Debbi-Jo Horton a retired CPA, has over 25 years of experience in business development and small business taxation & legislation expertise. Debbi-Jo's success has been noted on a national level. She has been called upon numerous times to testify in Congress on issues that effect small business. Her strategy for high performing companies included her own accounting firm, DJ Horton & Associates. She is able to coach and mentor the owners of the companies to make the appropriate and necessary adjustments in their business plans that enable the engagement of their people to lead them to higher levels of success. She is able to gather people of various expertises to bring a holistic approach to the business of developing people and companies. She is a leader whether it is as the leader of the company, a coach, or as the facilitator of a team of business development specialists. Debbi-Jo brings a unique perspective to the training and development field with her hands on approach.

Debbi-Jo founded DJ Horton & Associates and its business development team, based on her core belief that everyone has a unique gift to contribute. She started to harness those gifts and bring them together to strengthen those contributions to the benefit of one's workplace and community. Debbi-Jo's approach to business is very hands on and down to earth. She does not depict your stereotypical CPA. She goes beyond the numbers to view the business issues on a much broader scale and to engage the workforce to go above and beyond their current visioning to see the multitude of possibilities that await them. After 11 years of success Debbi-Jo sold her practice to achieve a longtime dream of developing a very creative center in which businesses could grow and prosper. A kind of center where stretching one's imagination and engaging others to help achieve a vision was commonplace. She joined WorkPlace Dynamics to achieve that dream.

Debbi-Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryant College and is a retired Certified Public Accountant.

Mike is been promoted to financial consultant/ bookkeeper. He joined us during his college career assisting with our marketing and sales in our Office Central Division. He now has his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Rhode Island College and has been assisting our clients with their financial needs since 2006. He graduated from East Providence High School located in East Providence, RI where he learned the value of time management and the need to be responsible. He is contemplating continuing his education and receiving his Masters Degree in the near future.

Samantha Barth is the office manager of WorkPlace Dynamics, Inc. and our Office Central Division. She handles all employee scheduling for database creation and maintenance, secretarial and bookkeeping services for our clients. Her background as an administrative assistant for a successful CPA firm has help the company and client companies improve their competitive advantage and explore outsourcing opportunities. Ms. Barth brings a practical set of learning experiences to WorkPlace Dynamics.

In her capacity, Samantha Barth has assisted in the growth of WorkPlace Dynamics' Office Central Division. Ms. Barth has previous experience in the creation and maintenance of large International databases and heads up Office Central's database unit. Office Central's services include database management, bookkeeping, taxation, marketing, secretarial and human resource functions.

Samantha was a student at the Community College of Rhode Island majoring in business and the arts. She is a graduate of East Providence High School.

Renee E. Bucklin is a human resources professional with over 20 years experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and high tech industries. Renee's attention to detail helps organizations address policy, solve problems and maintain records in the human resources and administrative areas.

Ms. Bucklin has a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Development from George Washington University as well as degrees in Office Administration from Boston University and the University of Rhode Island.

A Rhode Island resident, Renee is the Communications Director for the Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Rhode Island State Council and an active participant in the Human Resource Management Association of Rhode Island. Renee is also active in the business community as a member of East Greenwich and Central RI Chambers of Commerce.

Ryan Horton is the e-newsletter and website coordinator for WorkPlace Dynamics, Inc. and Office Central. Ryan is an active participant in the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force and provides an interesting perspective on leadership and communication. Mr. Horton aspires to be accepted into the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2008 and train as an Officer and Pilot. He is currently a Junior at East Providence High School and maintains a minimum of a Cum Laude status each year. A Rhode Island resident, Ryan is a certified Search & Rescue Ground Team Member. He is the Squadron Commander of the East Bay Composite of the Civil Air Patrol and as such volunteers a significant amount of time to leadership training, search and rescue training, and providing security and crowd control and many of Rhode Island's fundraising events.
