We also provide a service to assist you with staff reduction planning and guidance, which includes employee discussions and career planning options. Office Central will tackle any communications problems by writing or editing policy and procedure manuals. Office Central can also assist in the creation of organization newsletters fit to your specifications.
Policy & Procedure Manuals
Basic - Hiring, Discipline, Benefit Schedules and Termination included for as low as $420.00.
Standard Generic - Hiring, Discipline, Benefits Schedules, Leaves of Absences, Dress Codes, Fitness for Duty, Electronic Media, Confidentiality, Sexual Harassment and Termination included for as low as $650.00.
Custom Creation - Includes the above policies and additional ones required by the organization. Includes time spent interviewing organization's leaders for as low as $1,325.00.
Current Manual Review
Let Office Central review your current manual and recommend updates. Revisions as needed starting at $300 (4 hours) plus $75/hr for each additional hour required.
Employee Handbooks
Initial Assessments - Office Central will review your current handbook and discuss requested additions and/or changes for $60 per hour.
Identify Updates - Office Central will research and recommend additions to your employee handbook by your industry for $80 per hour.
Create New Employee Handbook - Office Central will create a new handbook and review it with you, make edits and present the final copy at a price of $80 per hour.
Package Deal - Office Central has created a package that includes reviewing, researching, writing and presenting a final copy of a basic handbook for the price of $300.00.
Recruiting
1-Hour Initial Assessments - Office Central will review your hiring needs and process at $60.00.
Create & Place Advertisements - Office Central will write and place your advertisements in the media of choice at a cost of $90 per ad. The cost of the ad placement will be the client's responsibility.
Review Resumes - Office Central will screen incoming resumes as a result of your advertisements beginning at $65 per hour.
Initial Interviews - Office Central will telephone screen candidates meeting minimum qualifications, narrowing your list of "A" candidates to an agreed-upon number for a cost of $80 per hour. We also have available assessment tools to assist in screening candidates beyond the minimum qualifications. Interview Finalists - Office Central will conduct face-to-face interviews for you for you to make your selection at a cost of $80 per hour.
Final Report - Office Central will make recommendations and summarize the process results at a cost of $115 per hour.
Package Deal - Office Central will combine the Recruiting Services on a per project basis at a starting price of $840 which includes 12 hours of services.
Job Descriptions
Initial Assessment - Office Central will conduct a 1-hour assessment of your current job descriptions starting at $60.
Additional Assessment - Office Central will review your job description needs, language, format etc. with your organization's leaders starting at $80/hr.
Interview Employees - Office Central will interview your current employees, representative of the jobs to be described starting at $80/hr.
Review Individual Job Descriptions - Office Central will compare current job descriptions to data from interviews conducted starting at $65/hr.
Job Description Reviews w/ Company Leaders - Office Central will review the data from the interviews with company leaders to determine content of job descriptions at $80/hr.
Rewrite of Job Descriptions - Office Central will write the organization's job descriptions into an agreed upon format and wording and present finished product to organization starting at $65/hr.
Package Deal - Office Central will rewrite up to 10 job descriptions at a cost of $1,500.
Part-time Human Resource Department
Office Central will act as a part-time Human Resource Department handling all recruiting, job training, and administration needs for the Organization by working in the office for an agreed upon schedule. Cost of this service is done on retainer at $300 per month for 12 hours and $80/hr over the 12 hours per month. Retainer to be replenished at the beginning of each month.
Outplacement
Initial Assessments - Office Central will review the organization's outplacement plan starting at $65/hr.
Meet with employees - Office Central will review the employee's resume and job search plans starting at $80/hr.
Train in Job Search Skills - Office Central will present a 2-3 hour workshop on job search skills for up to 15 people per workshop at a cost of $360 per workshop.
