Ken graduated from Northeastern University with BS in Marketing. For over 25 years, his focus has been to drive results by leveraging human potential through strategic selection and motivation performance improvement initiatives. A few of his accomplishments include pioneering a new division for a well-known, international, retail-focused company that currently has sales over $100mm and assisting a regional distributor struggling in a competitive market by tripling their sales in less than 5 years. He also worked on several quality performance teams of a national organization that went on to win a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
