Which is worse? Taking an hour out of your day for a sensitivity training course you don't need - or knowing your boss never will? Senior execs talk up the virtues of corporate training for subordinates, but seldom take time for it themselves. Well, the subordinates have noticed. More than 2/3 of employees believe companies usually don't train those who need it most, according to a recent survey. Significantly, 2/3 of execs credit training they received as key to their career advancement. Apparently, once at the top level, they think they've learned all they need to know.
